We managed to obtain a Sony VAIO UX180P. The ultra portable pc is not available on the European market (yet), but we got one from the US market. The thing costs a little less than 1800 dollars. It is a beauty with an Intel 1.2 GHz core solo processor, 512 MB of main memory, 20GB hard disk, comes with a small docking station, has lots of input/output-ports (usb, microphone, speakers, vga, Ethernet) and has Bluetooth and WiFi a/b/g, and it runs - believe it or not - Windows XP SP2. Even better, the VAIO UX180P should also be able to run Vista: it has a Windows Vista capable logo. The good news is that we are going to test if the device can truly run Vista. Within days we will post on update!
